The location is bad, and no breakfast meal option, and the...

The location is bad, and no breakfast meal option, and the rooms were not very comfortable- weird sounds from the water pipes/plumbing system/the toilet, the towels and bed sheet smells weird too.

A good stay!

The bed was comfortable... The staff was friendly. The in room complimentary snack are a good initiative! Huge rooms are a plus point.

Toilets could be better maintained. The in room telephone, couldn’t get through to the front desk.

Worst stay ever.

Worst accomodation ever. Air-con was spoilt and was giving a loud machine sound all night. No air-con all night. Staff refused to change our room. Room had lizard. Towels were dirty. Worst experience ever, do not even try.

Very enjoyable stay. I would recommend to others.

Hotel is in quiet location but only short walk from MRT at Joo Koon. Free room upgrade. Complimentary food/drink selection in room. Hotel facilities very good and many. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Location was great for me.

I arrived after 10pm and went out shortly after to buy food but there was nothing locally still open. Luckily they had provided complimentary pot noodles in the room.

OK place to stay if you need to be in the far west area of Singapore

Good location if you are living in the far west and you want to have your visitors close to you

Staffs were not very helpful, took a while to do the check in and I wrote to them for extra bed, I only get a reply after 3 weeks. The room (studio double) was OK, not very elderly friendly as the is a big step to go into the shower cubicle. The shower screen was old and the rubber was worn. When we shower, the water leaked from the cubicle to all over the floor, making the floor very slippery and dangerous especially for elderly. When we asked house keeping to take a look, they took two days to get around the checking and told us that all the units are the same so even change rooms will not help

One time experience (I will never come back)

There is not much to like at a location like this in an industrial area. The only positive thing was short distance to the factory I had to visit.

No breakfast provided. No restaurants close by the hotel. Room smelly and carpet dirty. A lot of noise during the night.

Awesome

very comfortable and feel homely. Breakfast is wonderful and clean and neat ambience. Staff is coordial and it does not take too long to reach the hotel from the airport. Wonderful experience and will recommend to all.
